Dr. Debora also known as "Deb" joined the Black Mothers Forum in 2017, where she serves as Executive Director & Educational Program lead dedicated to dismantling the school to prison pipeline and creating innovative learning opportunities for children and adults.

She is devoted to transforming the education complex, the standards, policies, and methods used to prepare our children, youth, and educators. At the heart of the matter is Social Justice and Equality which includes the unraveling of the old, and design of new  approaches of multiple systems that overlap and continue to adversely impact Black, Brown, and underrepresented communities.

Deb is also an advocate for Voting Rights and the creation/enhancement, and advocacy for policies and laws that will improve the lives of others socially, culturally, and economically. She is an inspiration to many and loves to challenge you to think beyond your current boundaries and existence, sparking innovation, creativity that leads to meaningful, relevant change.

Deb is committed to the success of our community and quality education to eliminate disproportionate access to resources and opportunity.

Juanita R. Williams serves as Leader of the Economic Development Team. Those who know her say she is passionate about empowering women to be confident in managing their money and leaving a spiritual and financial legacy.

Juanita is a mother of two, business entrepreneur, and registered investment adviser representative holding both life insurance, mortgage, notary and investments licenses (S6, S63, S65). She also holds a Series 26 Principal’s license to manage and operate an office and team of other registered investment adviser representatives.

From the pain of experiencing domestic violence came the birth of her purpose and passion to assist other women in recovering and rebounding financially while transitioning through divorce and single parenthood. In addition to running her business,

Juanita also manages a financial literacy social media platform and mentor and advisory program which educates women (and men who are open to listen) on how money works and how they can improve their finances.
