Juanita R. Williams serves as Leader of the Economic Development Team. Those who know her say she is passionate about empowering women to be confident in managing their money and leaving a spiritual and financial legacy.
Juanita is a mother of two, business entrepreneur, and registered investment adviser representative holding both life insurance, mortgage, notary and investments licenses (S6, S63, S65). She also holds a Series 26 Principal’s license to manage and operate an office and team of other registered investment adviser representatives.
From the pain of experiencing domestic violence came the birth of her purpose and passion to assist other women in recovering and rebounding financially while transitioning through divorce and single parenthood. In addition to running her business,
Juanita also manages a financial literacy social media platform and mentor and advisory program which educates women (and men who are open to listen) on how money works and how they can improve their finances. In addition, she volunteers at a local church and her own nonprofit organization helping foster children and teens.

Tiffany Dudley serves as Co-Leader of the Economic Development Team. Tiffany is a single mother of three boys, an author as well as an entrepreneur. With a degree in Business in Applied Management, Tiffany has a passion for helping and educating others. With 7 years teaching elementary school within the public school she uses this experience when it comes to educating women when it comes to finances. She first obtained her life license and investments license (Series 6 & 63) in 2011.
She is an active member in her community volunteering at her local church teaching the Adult Sunday School and Women's Bible Studies. Her community service activities also include working with children who are in the Arizona Foster Care system. She also spends her time coaching soccer and cheerleading for young children.
Tiffany joined the Black Mother’s Forum in 2020 working with the Education Team. She started working as a Learning Guide in the Nia and Crum Academy Microschool. She is excited for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the children, women and any other individuals that she meets.
